<p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen Program Talenta di MTsN 2 Medan sebagai upaya pengembangan potensi peserta didik di luar aspek akademik. Program Talenta dirancang untuk menampung dan mengembangkan minat serta bakat siswa melalui kegiatan non-akademik yang bersifat kreatif dan kolaboratif, seperti musikalisasi puisi, seni pertunjukan, dan demonstrasi keterampilan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan program dilakukan melalui lima fungsi manajemen, diantaranya: perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengarahan, koordinasi, dan pengawasan, dengan keterlibatan aktif kepala madrasah, wakil kepala madrasah, guru, wali kelas, dan peserta didik. Program ini terbukti mampu meningkatkan kepercayaan diri, motivasi, serta keterampilan sosial siswa, sekaligus memperkuat nilai karakter dan <em>soft skills</em>. Keberhasilan Program Talenta dipengaruhi oleh penerapan manajemen yang sistematis, kolaboratif, serta berbasis nilai-nilai keagamaan dan pendekatan humanis. Oleh karena itu, program ini menjadi strategi efektif dalam menciptakan lingkungan pendidikan yang holistik, inklusif, dan berdaya saing.</p>Rama Satya TanjungNasrul Syakur Chaniago

<p>This study was conducted to find concrete innovations in the leadership of the madrasah principal in improving the quality of education at MTs N 9 Bantul. The quality of education is the main part that is applied in Islamic educational institutions in order to achieve good quality education. The madrasah principal is the main driver in the madrasah in achieving the goal of quality education. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research type. Data collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation with the Madrasah Principal and the Deputy Madrasah Principal for student affairs. The results of this study indicate that the innovation of the madrasah principal's leadership in improving the quality of education in the 5.0 era can be found in the implementation of nine (9) superior programs, namely (1) Madrasah Achievement Activities (GSM) (2) Masamba Literacy Movement (GLM) (3) Sadam (Sadar Adiwijaya Masamba), (4) ODOT (One Day One Thousand), (5) PUTIH (Publication Tiada Henti) (6) Saturday Masemba Dhikr (SMB) (7) JUMARIA (Cheerful Friday) (8) FORSIMBA ( Synergy Forum) Committee , Community, and Masemba ) (9) Parent, Teacher and Student Study Group (PGS) <strong>. </strong>Furthermore, the second finding is the existence of partnerships and collaborations that will facilitate cooperation both within the internal and external scope of the organization to support the ongoing running of the madrasah program. <p><em>This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the implementation of the merit system in the career development of State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in Sinjai Regency, identify structural and cultural barriers, and formulate strategic recommendations. Using a descriptive-interpretive qualitative approach, data were collected through semistructured interviews with echelon III-IV structural officials, participatory observation, and analysis of policy documents and performance reports. The results of the study show that the merit system in Sinjai has been implemented based on three pillars of qualifications, competence, and performance but is still partial. Only 2.3% of the 4,561 ASN (especially echelon II) have their competencies validated, while echelon IV and functional positions have not been touched by the assessment due to the absence of local assessment centers and the limited number of certified assessors. The main challenges include low budget allocation (5% for training), disparities in understanding of the merit system among employees, and lack of transparency in promotion decision-making. However, this system managed to reduce 40% of nepotism complaints (2021–2023) and increase the public health service satisfaction index by 15%. The discussion underlined the urgency of strengthening structural policies, such as the Sinjai Regent Regulation No. X/2023 for standardization of promotion criteria, collaboration with universities in the preparation of assessment instruments, and the use of realistic simulation-based assessment centers. Recommendations include budget increases, multilevel socialization, and the formation of an independent oversight team. These findings confirm that the success of the merit system at the district level requires integration between political leadership, supporting infrastructure, and merit-based work culture change. This research contributes to the literature on regional civil service governance by highlighting the unique dynamics of meritocracy implementation in the local context.</em></p>Ade ArdiansyahAbdul MahsyarFatmawati

<p>Di tengah tantangan degradasi moral pada anak dan remaja, pendidikan agama Islam berperan penting dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai etika. Melalui praktik Qailulah, yang merupakan sunnah Nabi Muhammad SAW, siswa tidak hanya mendapatkan manfaat fisik tetapi juga spiritual. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, melibatkan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. <p>This study aims to analyze the role of decision-making in improving school performance, focusing on a case study at SMP Negeri 2 Kepahiang. In the context of educational management, participatory decision-making processes are considered capable of creating a conducive school climate and encouraging student achievement. This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study method. The research subjects include the principal, teachers, administrative staff, and the school committee. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, direct observations in the school environment, and documentation studies of policies and programs implemented. The findings indicate that the involvement of all school elements in decision-making has a positive impact on school performance, particularly in academic achievement, student discipline, and parental satisfaction. Various programs such as teacher training, strengthened counseling services, and improved learning facilities have proven to enhance the quality of education. Additionally, support from the school committee and parents has increased significantly when they are actively involved in strategic decision-making processes. <p>Transformasi digital dalam administrasi sekolah telah menjadi suatu kebutuhan mendesak untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas layanan pendidikan. Artikel ini membahas penerapan strategi inovatif dalam digitalisasi sistem administrasi sekolah sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan excellent service kepada siswa, orang tua, dan staf. Melalui pemanfaatan teknologi digital sekolah dapat mempercepat proses administrasi, meningkatkan transparansi, serta mempermudah akses informasi bagi seluruh pemangku kepentingan. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi tantangan yang dihadapi dalam implementasi digitalisasi, termasuk kesiapan sumber daya manusia dan infrastruktur, Dengan demikian, transformasi digital tidak hanya meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, tetapi juga memperkuat hubungan antara sekolah dan komunitasnya, memberikan pengalaman layanan yang lebih baik, dan mendukung pencapaian tujuan pendidikan yang lebih optimal. <p><em>The development of Islamic educational institutions is currently quite rapid and has become a favorite choice for the community. This is inseparable from the success of managing human resources (HR). This study aims to examine competition-based HR management at Al Muttaqin High School in Tasikmalaya City, an educational institution that is superior in terms of achievement compared to other schools. The focus of the study includes basic concepts, strategies, implementation, benefits, objectives, and challenges in HR management, using best practices at the institution as a case study. Douglas McGregor's theory is the basis for this study. This study uses a qualitative method with in-depth interviews and observations of the academic community at Al Muttaqin High School. The research findings identify several basic concepts of competition-based HR management, including (1) Quality education, which includes teaching, curriculum innovation, organization, learning culture, educational technology, diversity, and leadership. (2) Strategy and implementation, such as learning vision, learning culture, learning investment, and achieving vision targets. (3) Benefits and objectives, including increasing individual motivation, team collaboration, innovation, operational efficiency, and parent and student satisfaction. (4) Best practices at the institution include (a) Performance assessment. (b) Project-based assessment. (c) Innovation competition. <p><em>Program Kartu Indonesia Pintar Kuliah (KIP-K) bertujuan untuk meningkatkan akses dan pemerataan kesempatan pendidikan tinggi bagi masyarakat Indonesia, khususnya bagi mereka yang berasal dari keluarga kurang mampu. Upaya pencegahan korupsi dan peningkatan akuntabilitas serta transparansi menjadi fokus utama dalam pengelolaan dana KIP Kuliah. Kerjasama antara perguruan tinggi, Kementerian Pendidikan, dan Kementerian Keuangan juga diidentifikasi sebagai kunci keberhasilan program. Tantangan yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan program ini meliputi perbedaan sistem informasi dan keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, yang memerlukan upaya harmonisasi dan peningkatan kapasitas. Dengan data yang akurat dan sistem pengawasan yang efektif, diharapkan KIP Kuliah dapat berkontribusi pada peningkatan kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode observasi lapangan, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen, penelitian ini dilaksanakan secara objektif dan professional judgement penulis dengan menggunakan data penggunaan KIP-K tahun anggaran 2023. Sampel penelitian dilakukan terhadap 20 Perguruan Tinggi Keagamaan Negeri (PTKN) yang diambil secara acak (random). Penelitian mengungkap Ketersediaan Anggaran, jumlah Penerima KIP Kuliah, alokasikan kuota khusus untuk mahasiswa yang berasal dari daerah 3T, hasil penelitian pada 5 (lima) unit eselon satu Kemenag, manfaat Dana KIP-K, Dampak KIP Kuliah terhadap peningkatan prestasi penerima bantuan, permasalahan pada pelaksanaan program KIP-K, keberhasilan dari program KIP-K, penelitian kenaikan IPK penerima dan survei Kepuasan Program.</em></p>Purnomo Mulyosaputro

<p>Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh fenomena yang terjadi pada saat ini yaitu kurangnya variasi guru dalam penggunaan media pembelajaran, terutama pada mata pelajaran PAI, sehingga perlu inovasi baru dalam penggunaan media pembelajaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis efektivitas penggunaan video pembelajaran interaktif berbasis aplikasi Edpuzzle terhadap hasil belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) kelas VII di SMP. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan eksperimen. Jenis eksperimen yang digunakan adalah <em>quasi-experiment</em> dengan desain <em>Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design</em>. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari dua kelompok, yaitu kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan <em>uji independent sample t-test</em> dan <em>N-Gain Score</em> untuk melihat perbedaan peningkatan hasil belajar antara kedua kelompok. Hasil uji <em>independent sample t-test</em> menunjukkan nilai Sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,019 < 0,05, yang berarti H₀ ditolak dan Hₐ diterima, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan signifikan antara hasil belajar siswa yang menggunakan video interaktif Edpuzzle dengan yang menggunakan metode konvensional. Selanjutnya, hasil analisis <em>N-Gain Score</em> menunjukkan bahwa kelas eksperimen memperoleh skor 0,61141, sedangkan kelas kontrol memperoleh skor 0,48997. <p class="16cKataKunci"><span lang="IN">Learning evaluation is the most important part of learning, because it measures the level of understanding of students of the material that has been delivered. Learning evaluations are still manual using paper and have not used digital platforms, such as kahoot. And the questions presented during the learning evaluation are not HOTS-based so that students are not accustomed to high level thinking (Critical Thinking). This study aims to improve the high-level thinking ability of students in grade VI SD 343 Kubangan Tompek and innovation in learning evaluation. This type of research is a quasi experiment using control and experimental classes. Quasi experimental method (Quasi Eksperiment). to obtain an overview of the improvement of students' learning outcomes. The results of this study are that HOTS-based learning evaluation using kahoot is effective enough to improve students' higher order thinking skills based on the N-gain scores of the experimental and control classes. The control class with an average value of 0.26 with a low category, then interpreted with a value of 26.77% with a description of less effective. In the experimental class with an average value of 64 with moderate criteria and interpreted by obtaining an average value of 64% with a fairly effective category.
